A shared adventure.
A few simple terms.
Chore Miner helps families organize responsibilities and celebrate progress. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their family’s use.
Family use
Parents and guardians choose age-appropriate tasks and rewards, supervise children’s use, approve device access, and secure parent controls. Do not use the app for unlawful activity or to access another family’s devices or information without authorization.
Gems and real-life rewards
Gems are virtual progress units within the family’s app. They are not money, are not purchased through Chore Miner, and cannot be redeemed from us. Parents decide and provide real-life rewards; Chore Miner does not sell, supply, guarantee, or enforce those rewards.
Availability and purchase terms
The app is currently in private family use until its public App Store release. Any public purchase price and availability will be shown on its App Store listing. We do not offer an app subscription. App Store purchases and refunds are handled under Apple’s applicable terms.
When distributed through Apple’s App Store, the app’s license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is provided in the listing. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Device access, backups, and syncing
Nearby sync depends on device availability, compatible app versions, permissions, and accurate clocks. Offline changes reconcile when devices reconnect. Keep recovery codes and backup passwords safe, make backups when appropriate, and manually lock parent mode before sharing a device. We cannot retrieve information that remains solely on your devices, recover lost backup passwords, or remotely erase a lost device.
Website content and artwork
The Chore Miner name, website design, illustrations, and other supplied content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view this website for personal use. Do not redistribute its branding or artwork as your own.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains on-device information, family sharing, backups, support messages, and website hosting. Do not submit child information or private credentials in support messages unless needed and requested through an appropriate process.
Questions and changes
We may update these terms as the product develops, with the effective date shown on this page. Questions can be sent to support@choreminerapp.com. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
