Claim a reward and mark it delivered
Follow a reward from the child’s Treasure shop to the parent’s delivery checklist.
- In the child view, tap Treasure.
- Tap a reward and read its description, gem price, and any task requirement.
- If it is available, use its redemption button and confirm the purchase.
- Keep the child and parent apps open nearby to share the purchase.
- If the reward requires a streak or task count, finish the named approved activity first. A zero-gem reward still requires its stated goal.
- In the parent portal, open Overview.
- Scroll to Rewards to deliver.
- Provide the agreed real-life reward or arrange its agreed time with your child.
- Tap Mark delivered after providing it.
- Sync so other parents see the delivery status.
If separate offline purchases compete for the same gems, they are checked in timestamp order when devices sync. A later purchase can be declined. Do not promise a reward delivery until the purchase has synced and remains accepted.
- Open the child’s Performance dashboard from parent Overview, or the child’s Stats tab.
- Scroll to Reward history.
- Use Older, Newer, or Latest to browse purchases.
- Look for Awaiting delivery, Delivered, or Declined. A declined purchase does not spend gems.
