Find your way around the parent portal

Use the six menu icons, open a child’s dashboard, and lock parent mode when you finish.

Open parent mode

On a child/shared-device screen, tap the lock button near the top.
Enter this device’s six-digit parent PIN and tap Unlock parent portal.
On a parent’s personal device, the portal stays open across app switches and restarts until you lock it manually.

Tap a child’s full-width tile in Overview to open their Performance dashboard. Tap Done to return.

Overview — grid icon: children’s dashboards, work ready for approval, and rewards awaiting delivery.
Quests — checklist icon: create, edit, pause, delete, and reorder responsibilities.
Rewards — gift icon: real-life rewards, gem costs, and requirements.
Badges — medal icon: achievement goals and their order.
Family — people icon: add children, pair devices, invite parents, and change this device’s PIN.
Settings — gear icon: profiles, reminders, devices, backups, diagnostics, and shared-device use.

Tap the lock button at the top-right of the parent portal.
Confirm that you can see the child’s quest screen before handing over the device.
Use the child avatar button to switch between children on a shared device.
