Reorder, pause, or delete quests and badges
Keep active responsibilities organized and remove catalog items without erasing earned gems.
- Open Quests or Badges in the parent portal.
- Tap Reorder quests or Reorder badges.
- Drag the handle beside an item to its new position.
- Tap Done. Changes save automatically; sync to share the order.
Inactive quests are hidden from the active statistics and child quest list. Their earned gems remain in the wallet and lifetime progress.
- Tap a quest, reward, or badge to edit it.
- For a quest, turn off Active quest. For a reward or badge, turn off Available.
- Tap Save and sync.
- To resume later, reopen the item, turn the setting on, and save.
- Open the item’s edit screen and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete quest, Delete reward, or Delete badge.
- Re-enter your parent PIN and confirm the deletion.
- Sync the family devices.
